We handle everything from online purchases to physical store visits and ship worldwide. We also offer store pickup, stock checks, payment assistance, and other Japan-based support services.
Requests for other items are welcome as long as they are not prohibited from shipping.
Please communicate with us in English or Japanese whenever possible. Other languages are accepted, but we may need to use a translator, which could result in translation errors.

We can go to places like Gundam Base, Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, Animate, and more to pick up limited or store-exclusive items for you.Looking for something outside Tokyo?
If you're willing to cover the travel and hotel costs, we can even travel to cities like Osaka, Hokkaido, or Okinawa to get it for you.Just tell us what you're looking for and where it’s sold — we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note:
If the item is sold out when we arrive, we will provide proof such as photos or videos to show that we went to the store for your request.
Only the product price will be refunded. Travel costs and hotel costs (if any) will not be refunded, as these are fixed expenses. -

We calculate the Final Product Price based on the item, any multipliers, and Japan-side costs. - You Pay the Final Product Price
After you pay, we will purchase or bid for the item on your behalf. - Item Arrives at Our Office
We inspect and weigh it to calculate the final international shipping cost. - You Pay the Shipping Fee and Optional Extra Packing Fee
You have 90 days of free storage to pay. We’ll ship your item once shipping is paid. - We Ship the Item to You
You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

What we can't ship?
Cannot Ship Items: Aerosols, perfume, fireworks, high-alcohol sunscreen or hair liquids, nail polish, alcoholic drinks over 24%, e-cigs / vapes, and power banks.
Some countries block additional products such as certain foods, supplements, knives, sprays, cosmetics, or over-the-counter medicines. Always check your local import rules before ordering. If you are not sure, please ask us.
Basic Pricing Details
For Online Purchases:
First Payment(Before we purchase items for you): Product Price × 1.1
Second Payment(After all items arrived to our office): (International Shipping + repacking fee(optional)) × 1.1
For Physical Store Purchases (time reservation needed):
First Payment(Before we travel and purchase items for you): Product Price ×1.2 + (Any Travel cost, Ticket Cost and Hotel Cost) x 1.1
Second Payment(After all items arrived to our office): (International Shipping + repacking fee(optional)) × 1.1
For Non-Spending Request:
Request like pick up item in local store, store stock check, restaurant booking etc.
Charge base on total time consumption and travel cost
Time cost: 750JPY/30mins (less than 30min--> 30min, e.g. 1hour10minus=750JPY x3)
Total Charge: (Time cost+ travel cost) x1.1
For Payment Help:
Total cost x 1.1 (bank charge, currency exchange charge if any etc.)
Minimum Spending for each kind of request
Total spending= item cost+ travel cost+ ticket cost(if any)+ Hotel cost(if any)
Online purchase request: No limit
Physical store request:
Within Tokyo area:
specified time request: Total spending more than 20000JPY/day
Non-specified time request: No limit
Outside Tokyo area:
specified time request: Total spending more than 70000JPY/day
Non-specified time request: Total spending more than 70000JPY/day
We accept request that below minimum spending, but we will still charge the minium spending amount.
Travel Cost Estimate
Japan is big, traveling across Japan will be pricy in some case.
The following list is the estimate travel cost to each common shopping area.
Tokyo: 500JPY~1500JPY
Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Nagoya: 5000JPY~15000JPY depends on date and location
Fukuoka, Hokkaido: 20000JPY~depends on date and location

Notes
- Travel is calculated from Shinjuku Station
- Ticket fees apply only if required by the store/event
- Travel cost is non-refundable if the item is sold out
Shipping Cost
We ship internationally using Japan Post.
Shipping fees vary by weight and destination.
We’ll calculate the exact cost and show it in your quote before you pay for the shipping.
