Shipping Policy – Kashi Shrine

Shipping Destinations and Fees

We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan.

Snack Boxes:
All snack boxes ship using Japan Post Registered Small Packet (International Registered Mail).
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 13 USD per box, regardless of destination.

Gunpla Kits:
Shipping fee calculate at check out base on shipping weight.

Pickup Option (Tokyo Office)
Pickup at our office is available for Gunpla kits. Customers must contact us in advance to reserve a date and time by emailing kashishrine887@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +81 90-8040-5890.

If we do not receive your contact after you choose the pickup option, we will reach out to you by email.

If you selected "pickup at office" by mistake and prefer shipping, please contact us and pay the shipping fee. We will then ship your order as a normal delivery.

If you selected pickup by mistake and request a refund instead of paying for shipping, we can only refund 90% of your order total.

Please note that we will not ship or refund any pickup order if you do not contact us.


Estimated Delivery Times

📦 All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Estimated delivery time is:

  • United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and most countries: 7 to 28 days with air mail, 1-3 months with surface mail.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, or local postal delays.


Order Processing and Shipment Schedule

Snack Boxes

Starter and Premium Japanese Snack Box:

  • First box ships within 5 business days after purchase
  • Future boxes ship at the end of each month

Ema Japanese Snack Box (Customizable):

  • Ships within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the request

Gunpla Kits (Gundam Plastic Models)

  • Most kits ship within 2 to 5 business days
  • Kits are shipped using Japan Post depending on weight and size
  • Tracking numbers are provided by email after shipment

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Some countries may offer limited tracking coverage depending on their local postal service.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Kashi Shrine is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or not receiving package

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
These are not included in our product prices and vary depending on location.
