📦 Gunpla Shipping

We offer two types of Gunpla products:

1. Individual Gunpla Kits

  • ✅ Shipping fee calculated at check out, you can choose to ship with different method or pick up at our office in Tokyo, Japan.
  • ✅ Applies to every country listed below
  • 🕒 Ships within 2 to 5 business days
  • 📦 Shipped via Japan Post depending on weight
  • 📮 Tracking provided by email after dispatch

Pickup Option (Tokyo Office)
Pickup at our office is available for Gunpla kits. Customers must contact us in advance to reserve a date and time by emailing kashishrine887@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +81 90-8040-5890.

If we do not receive your contact after you choose the pickup option, we will reach out to you by email.

If you selected "pickup at office" by mistake and prefer shipping, please contact us and pay the shipping fee. We will then ship your order as a normal delivery.

If you selected pickup by mistake and request a refund instead of paying for shipping, we can only refund 90% of your order total.

Please note that we will not ship or refund any pickup order if you do not contact us.

2. Gunpla Subscription Boxes

  • 📮 Tracking is provided with every shipment

🍱 Snack Box Shipping

All snack boxes are shipped from Japan via Japan Post Registered Small Packet.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 28 days, depending on your country and local customs.

Snack Box Types:

Starter and Premium Boxes

  • First box ships within 5 business days
  • Future boxes ship at the end of each month

Ema Japanese Snack Box

  • Ships within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your snack request

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Snack Boxes: Flat-rate shipping of 13 USD per box
  • Gunpla Subscription Boxes: Flat-rate shipping of 13 USD per box
  • Individual Gunpla Kits: Shipping calculated at check out

Shipping fees are added at checkout.

🔍 Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number by email after your order is shipped.
Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on your country’s postal system.

⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Kashi Shrine is not responsible for:

  • Carrier or customs delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
