A: Not sure which snack box to choose? Here’s a quick guide:
✔ Regular Japanese Snack Box – Our most affordable option, featuring a mix of Japan’s everyday snacks.
✔ Premium Japanese Snack Box – A great choice if you want to experience premium Japanese snacks, often given as gifts in Japan.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect starting from your next billing cycle.
At this time, we do not offer a pause option. If you need a break, you can cancel your subscription and resubscribe at any time.

Q: Do you ship to Japan?
A:Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping within Japan. At this time, our service is focused on delivering Japanese snacks to international customers.
Q: When will my snack box be shipped?
A:
✔ For subscription plans – Your first snack box will be shipped within 10 business days. Your second box will be shipped at the end of the month after your first box.
If you subscribe at the end of the month, both your first and second snack boxes will be shipped the following month.
🔹 Example: If you subscribe in late March, your first box will ship in April, and your second box will ship at the end of April.
✔ For single-purchase boxes – Your order will ship within 1–2 weeks after purchase. If you order a customizable Ema Japanese Snack Box, it may take an additional week to prepare.
Q: What happens if my package is lost in transit?
