How Our Proxy Service Works

  1. Send Your Request
    Send us the item name, link, or photo. Let us know if it’s from a store or if we need to search for it. And any other requirement

  2. We Send You a Quote
    We calculate the Final Product Price based on the item, any multipliers, and Japan-side costs.

  3. You Pay the Final Product Price
    After you pay, we will purchase or bid for the item on your behalf.

  4. Item Arrives at Our Office
    We inspect and weigh it to calculate the final international shipping cost.

  5. You Pay the Shipping Fee and Optional Extra Packing Fee
    You have 90 days of free storage to pay. We’ll ship your item once shipping is paid.

  6. We Ship the Item to You
    You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

How We Calculate Your Final Price

For Online Purchases:
Final Product Price = Product Price × Add-on Multiplier(optional) × 1.1

For Physical Store Purchases:
Final Product Price = (Product Price × Add-on Multiplier(optional) × 1.2) + (Travel Cost + Ticket Fee(optional)) × 1.1

**FINAL PRICE= Final Product Price + (International Shipping + repacking fee(optional) × 1.1)

Add-on Multipliers

  • Limited Quantity Item: × 1.2
  • Time-Specific Request (fixed time purchase/ fixed time location arrive): × 1.5

If both apply, we multiply both:
→ Product Price × 1.2 × 1.5 = ×1.8

If your item arrives at our office without a sturdy box, or if you're buying multiple items that need to be combined into one package, a ¥500 repacking fee will be charged to ensure safe shipping.

Notes

  • Travel is calculated from Shinjuku Station
  • Ticket fees apply only if required by the store/event
  • Travel cost is non-refundable if the item is sold out

Why We Add 10% to Your Total

We apply a 1.1 multiplier (10%) to cover necessary processing costs.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • 8% goes to transaction
    (PayPal, credit cards, or international bank transfers)
  • 2% goes toward our service and storage cost
    (packing materials, order handling, communication, etc.)

Need something only available in a Japanese store?

We can go to places like Gundam Base, Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, Animate, and more to pick up limited or store-exclusive items for you.

Looking for something outside Tokyo?

If you're willing to cover the travel and hotel costs, we can even travel to cities like Osaka, Hokkaido, or Okinawa to get it for you.
